Bartender – MOGA & ENDO Chelsea

At ENDO Chelsea, there are only ten seats. Every guest sits in front of Chef Kazutoshi Endo as he cooks, sharing the food, craftsmanship and spirit of Japan in his own way. It's an intimate room where every detail matters, and every person on the team is part of the experience.

This December, we open MOGA, our new bar. MOGA draws on Endo's travels and memories of eating his way through Japan, Europe and beyond. Today almost everything is photographed and shared the moment it happens. MOGA sets out to bring back the mystery of the old-world bar.

We're looking for a Bartender to join our small, close-knit team as part of the MOGA opening, and to create drinks for the ENDO omakase experience.
