Working Pattern\n

• 45 contracted hours per week
\n
• Split shifts
\n
• 5 days out of 7
\n
• Includes evenings and weekends

The Role\n

\n
• Preparing and cooking fresh food to a consistently high standard
\n
• Running your designated section during service
\n
• Assisting with menu preparation and daily mise en place
\n
• Supporting senior chefs with stock control and food ordering
\n
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
\n
• Contributing to a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
\n
• Supporting function and event catering when required
\n

About the Kitchen\n

• Team of 10 kitchen professionals
\n
• Average covers: \n
  \n
  • Monday to Thursday: approximately 60 covers per day
  \n
  • Weekends: approximately 120 covers per day
  \n
\n
• Busy hotel environment with a mix of restaurant, bar, and event catering
\n

Ideal Candidate\n

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
\n
• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
\n
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy services
\n
• Strong organisational and communication skills
\n
• Team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
\n
