Need thorough freezer cleaning and defrost in a UK kitchen

I'm looking for a reliable cleaner to thoroughly clean and defrost my freezer. It’s a standard upright freezer in our UK home, about 12-14 years old. The job includes removing all items, unplugging, defrosting, cleaning shelves, drawers, seals, and wiping down the interior with a non-abrasive cleaner. Please ensure to dispose of any spoiled food safely and check for any ice buildup. I’d prefer eco-friendly cleaning products and a careful approach to avoid damaging the gasket. Availability on weekday mornings is best, and I’d like the task completed within 2 hours if possible.
