Are you an experienced property or facilities management professional ready to take the lead across two unique hotel destinations on the Isle of Wight?

We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Cluster Property Manager to oversee property standards, facilities management and strategic asset performance at Bembridge Coast and Norton Grange.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the maintenance, compliance, presentation and long-term care of our properties, ensuring they remain safe, sustainable and maintained to the highest brand standards. Working closely with hotel leadership teams, Property Managers and our central Hub team, you'll drive operational excellence, protect our assets and help create outstanding experiences for our guests.
