Umbrella Rate: £28.65 per hour umbrella

Summary

• We are seeking an enthusiastic Locum Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will deliver short-term, community-based occupational therapy interventions to support customers in maximizing their independence and achieving their personal goals in their own homes.
  

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive assessments and establish meaningful goals with customers in their own homes.
  
• Deliver specialist occupational therapy interventions for a short-term period.
  
• Monitor customer progress and adapt support plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  
• Collaborate closely with reablement care providers and other health and social care professionals in a multidisciplinary approach.
  
• Manage a varied caseload while working flexibly across the community.
  

Experience

• Experience applying evidence-based occupational therapy practice, ideally within a community, social care, or reablement setting.
  
• Strong assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proven ability to work effectively in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and care providers.
  

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist (Social Care Qualified).
  

Additional Information

• Working hours: 37 hours per week
  
• Enhanced DBS required
  
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across West Sussex for visits
  
• This is an Hybrid role for at least one day in the office per week at Littlehampton
  
• We work on biweekly payment schedule.
