Each agency can forward up to a maximum of 3 CVs for this position.Central Recruitment is currently recruiting for a PRS Caseworker, to work Pan-London. The service provides support to people with lived experience of homelessness to resettle into and sustain independent PRS Housing.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. Temporary cover is required for approximately 2 months. The pay rate for this role is £15.29 per hour, with £1.85 holiday pay, totalling £17.14 per hour.
Please note: this is a hybrid working role which involves working from the office in King Cross, supporting clients across the community and occasionally working from home.
In this position, you will be required to:
- Hold a caseload of 10-15 key clients and provide regular, purposeful one-to-one support, reviewing plans and interventions in response to client progress and changing needs
- Complete strengths-based assessments with new clients, identifying their needs, strengths, goals and priorities for support.
- Co-produce personalised support, safety and move-on plans that promote choice, independence and progression.
