Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Stairlift Engineer to join an established stairlift company. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with stairlift installation and repair experience to join a stairlift engineering team offering a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000, paid travel, overtime, and ongoing technical training.
Commutable from: Swadlincote, Newhall, Hartshorne, Stanton, Linton, Blackfordby, Bretby, Woodville and surrounding areas.
Stairlift Engineer
- Install and commission straight and curved stairlifts.
- Perform servicing, maintenance, repairs, and breakdown repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
- Follow technical stairlift drawings, wiring diagrams, and safety procedures.
- Test stairlift equipment and ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Complete service records and installation paperwork accurately.
- Provide professional, customer-focused service in customer's homes.
- Explain safe stairlift operation to customers.
- Travel to jobs throughout Swadlincote and surrounding areas.
Ideal Stairlift Engineer Candidate
- Strong experience installing, servicing and repairing stairlifts.
- Experience with straight and curved stairlift systems, fault-finding and repairs.
- Confident reading technical drawings.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Full UK driving licence.
