Are you an experienced HR Manager who would relish the challenge of bringing HR back in-house? My client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them operating their luxury resort business. You will work closely with the leadership team to support the business strategy. The team prides itself on supporting and driving our employees personal and professional wellbeing to ensure they can maximise their full potential. You will support and deliver a first-class HR service. You will be responsible for delivering a full generalist service to all employees. The successful HR Manager will be visible across the company and able to build and form strong working relationships across all levels of employees to deliver an effective HR Service. Your role will be: · Drive a high-performance culture through talent management, performance management, and leadership development · Recruitment & Selection: o Manage process, conduct interviews with managers o Plan and deliver formal corporate inductions o Produce correspondence relating to offers of employment o Process contractual changes i.e. change of pay, transfers etc. · Appraisals o Manage process in conjunction with leadership team o Manage probationary periods & make recommendations · Absence Management: o Record & report on employee absences, manage long-term & short-term issues as & when required. · Learning & Development: o Support the wider team an...
