Head of Legal and Compliance| Lancashire | Hybrid
An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded legal and compliance professional to join a growing business in Lancashire. This role is best suited to a mid-level lawyer or experienced paralegal / CILEx, not an existing Head of Legal.
We're keen to hear from mid-level solicitors, experienced CILEX professionals and senior paralegals who have a solid understanding of compliance, with GDPR and data protection experience particularly desirable.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to legal matters, regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, contracts and data protection. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping the business navigate regulatory change, manage risk and find practical, commercially focused solutions.
We're looking for someone who can combine sound legal knowledge with a pragmatic approach, build relationships across the business and take ownership of a varied workload.
