Enhanced Support Worker Waking Nights - Kings Lynn

Location: Kings Lynn
Salary: £13.20 per hour + 10% enhancement for weekends
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: A mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts. Typical shift patterns are 7.00am to 2.30pm, 2.30pm to 10.00pm, or long days from 7.00am to 10.00pm.

FitzRoy's Complex Needs Supported Living Service provides specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. We are looking for Enhanced Support Workers to join our established team and help deliver high-quality, person-centred support that enables the people we support to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Our services support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex trauma, helping them lead fulfilling, independent lives in the community.

💡 About the Role

As an Enhanced Support Worker, you’ll provide specialist, person-centred support to people with complex needs who may display behaviours that challenge.

You’ll be fully trained in areas such as:

• Autism, learning disability & mental health awareness

• Trauma-informed support

• Positive Behaviour Support

• Forensic risk
  And you’ll be supported every step of the way by your manager and mental health practitioner, with regular supervisions and guidance to help you grow.
