Factory Trainer

Reporting to the Training Manager, you'll be part of a supportive training team and some of your responsibilities will include: Delivering induction training to new-starters and ongoing training to existing staff to drive performance and ensure compliance. Assessing shop floor performance and supporting continuous improvement activities. Reviewing and preparing SOPs and mentoring new colleagues. Planning and coordinating training schedules and ensuring the site training matrix is maintained.
