Retail Client Service Manager - French Speaker in London

Description

We are looking for a French speaking Client Services expert to join our client's retail excellence programme, acting as the direct link between the UK Hub, local market client and in-market partner agency. You’ll manage client activity, campaigns and service delivery across your market portfolio, using your language skills and commercial focus to build trust, drive performance and deliver brilliant retail execution.WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TOAct as the key link between the UK Hub, market client and in-market partner agencyManage client campaigns, requests, projects and end-to-end service deliveryProvide clear client updates and stakeholder communication in the relevant market languageTrack budgets, SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial excellence and service improvementInfluence, inspire and collaborate across teams, agencies and client stakeholdersIdentify growth, innovation and best-practice opportunities across the EMEA Hub

Requirements

ARE YOU OUR CLIENT'S PERFECT PARTNER?Fluent in English & French, both written and verbalCurrently based in the UK with the right to work or an employment visa already.Previous account management or customer-facing experience, ideally across European marketsAble to travel and stay away from home in market for much of the working week (1-3 nights depending on the need and season)Strong commercial awareness, critical thinking and confidence managing budgets and KPIsExcellent relationship building skills across multicultural, multi-market teamsProactive, resilient and confident managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
