Help with Moving Day: Luggage, Boxes and Heavy Furniture in UK

I'm looking for a reliable helper to assist with a local moving job in the UK. The plan: move a one-bedroom apartment worth of boxes, suitcases, and a few heavy items (bed frame, small sofa, dresser) from the current flat to a new place about 20 minutes away. I’ll need a couple of strong hands, blankets for protection, and a plan to carry items downstairs and into the new building. Please include basic loading/unloading, some furniture assembly/disassembly if needed, and careful handling to avoid damaged floors or walls. Flexible on start time, but ideally morning to early afternoon, and I’d appreciate a quick, friendly, and safety-focused approach.
