SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Greenwich, South East London Do you have experience supporting children with SEND? Are you looking for a rewarding Teaching Assistant role in a primary school? Complete Classroom Services are working with primary schools across Greenwich to recruit experienced SEN Teaching Assistants. We are looking for patient, proactive and caring individuals who can help children access learning, build confidence and develop independence. These roles suit Teaching Assistants with experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs, or other additional learning needs. The role: * Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for children with SEND. * Support pupils with classroom activities, adapting resources to their individual needs. * Use positive behaviour strategies to help children manage emotions and engage in learning. * Encourage communication, social skills and independence. * Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to follow support plans and share observations. * Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
