The Role: The Warehouse Team Leader will play a critical role in leading all activity across the operation within their field. Core Aspects of the Warehouse Team Leader role: Reporting Line: Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager. Operational Leadership: Take a hands-on role in overseeing daily warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring operational plans are executed effectively. Actively support the implementation of processes and drive day-to-day performance on the floor. Team Management: Lead, coach and support large scale numbers of operatives / deputise for your Shift Manager, maintaining a visible presence on the warehouse floor to drive engagement, productivity and a strong team culture.
