We are working with a leading national law firm that is looking to engage an experienced Corporate Immigration Lawyer on an interim basis for an initial period of 2-3 months, starting ASAP. Whilst the initial duration is anticipated to be 2-3 months, there is potential for further extension.This opportunity is to start ASAP and will suit a Corporate Immigration lawyer with upwards of 10 years' PQE, who is comfortable working autonomously, managing client relationships and providing high-level technical advice to a broad range of corporate clients. The successful individual will advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large multinational organisations.The work will encompass a broad range of business immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications, right-to-work compliance, immigration strategy and workforce planning. There may also be opportunities to advise high-net-worth individuals on investment and entrepreneur-related immigration matters.Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Ideally upwards of 10 years' PQE in handling a full range of corporate immigration matters
• Experience gained within a reputable law firm or specialist corporate immigration practice
• Experience advising multinational organisations and SMEs on immigration strategy, international mobility and workforce planning
• Technical expertise in sponsor licence applications, sponsor compliance, right-to-work checks and associated immigration requirements
• The ability to manage client relationships independently and provide commercially focused, pragmatic advice
• Capacity to commence a new assignment immediately or at very short notice

The firm would ideally like someone who can work 5 days per week, although there is flexibility to consider individuals with part-time capacity.With multiple offices throughout the UK, ideally the successful individual would be able to attend one of their offices 1-2 days per week.A competitive daily rate, inside IR35 is on offer.
