SEN Classroom Support Assistant – Croydon Location: Croydon Contract: Temporary Pay: £100–£130 per day PAYE The opportunity A welcoming SEN school in Croydon is seeking a committed professional to provide adaptable classroom support that helps pupils engage, communicate and make meaningful progress. What you will do • Support individuals and small groups across accessible learning activities. • Prepare differentiated resources and reinforce teacher-led explanations. • Promote communication, independence and positive peer interaction. • Maintain accurate notes and dependable classroom routines. What you will bring • Relevant experience supporting children or young people with additional needs. • A calm, reliable approach and strong communication with colleagues. • Sound professional boundaries and safeguarding awareness. • QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
