Literacy Support Teaching Assistant – Camden Location: Camden Contract: Temporary Pay: £100–£135 per day PAYE The opportunity A welcoming SEN school in Camden is seeking a committed professional to help pupils strengthen reading, writing and communication through structured, encouraging support. What you will do • Deliver short literacy activities planned with the class teacher. • Use accessible texts, visuals and practical approaches to maintain engagement. • Celebrate small steps while promoting independent learning habits. • Track participation and progress accurately for the teaching team. What you will bring • Relevant experience supporting children or young people with additional needs. • A calm, reliable approach and strong communication with colleagues. • Sound professional boundaries and safeguarding awareness. • QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
