SEN Music Teacher – Lewisham Location: Lewisham Contract: Contract Pay: £185–£265 per day PAYE The opportunity A Lewisham SEN school is looking for a Music teacher who can use rhythm, instruments and performance to create purposeful learning and help pupils communicate, collaborate and succeed. What you will do • Deliver engaging Music lessons with accessible entry points for different needs. • Adapt instruments, notation and performance activities for physical and sensory differences. • Build predictable routines that encourage participation, creativity and confidence. • Track musical and wider personal progress in practical, meaningful ways. • Contribute positively to a collaborative education and therapy team. What you will bring • Qualified Teacher Status and confident practical Music knowledge. • The ability to adapt creative learning for pupils with SEND. • Strong organisation, behaviour support and safeguarding practice. • QTS is required for this teaching role.
