If you hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence, have excellent customer service skills, and are looking for a permanent role with a reputable security provider, we'd love to hear from you.

30 Hours Per Week
Days of Work:
- Monday: 11:00 - 19:00
- Wednesday: 11:00 - 19:00
- Friday: 11:00 - 19:00
- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00
Pay Rate
£12.71 per hour

About the Role
As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service. You will provide a highly visible security presence, help reduce stock loss, deter theft and anti-social behaviour, and support the store team in creating a safe shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a visible security presence within the store
- Conducting internal and external patrols
- Preventing theft, loss, and anti-social behaviour
- Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Completing Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) entries and incident reports
- Monitoring store activity and identifying potential security risks
- Supporting store management and staff when required
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers and visitors
- Ensuring all site security procedures are followed
- Maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Own transport is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional and confident approach
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A full five-year checkable employment history
- Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential
