About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personalised, one-to-one care in customers’ homes, respecting their individuality and promoting independence. You’ll travel within Cheltenham & Gloucester delivering care and support as agreed between the customer and Caremark Cheltenham & Gloucester You will be playing a vital role in supporting people who require additional help The care you provide is equal in terms of care and attention to what a family member would offer, but with the added benefit of full training and quality standards.

What You’ll Be Supporting With as a Care Assistant

• Washing, bathing & dressing
• Shopping & meal preparation
• Prompting and support with medication
• Support with daily routines and wellbeing
• Respite services
• Companionship
• Socialising and leisure activities
• Helping customers access their local community

What We’re Looking For

• Caring, kind, and sensitive nature
• Reliable, organised, and self‑motivated
• Flexible and adaptable
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to high standards of care
• Full UK driving license
• Experience welcome but not essential – full training provided
