About the Role

As IT Operations Engineer – IT SecOps you will join our global IT SecOps practice based out of Noida, focusing on protection, detection and response. You will collaborate & coordinate with different teams within Barco for the IT governance & compliance. Apart from this you will be part of the operations team responsible to manage L1 level task related to the IT security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Vulnerability management L1 level tasks.
• IT Security incident L1 level tasks.
• Participating in a monthly rotational 24x7 standby roster to support critical incidents.
• Supporting project rollout.
• Supporting continuous improvement and automation.
• Help creating and maintaining Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), under guidance of IT SecOps System Engineers.

Education and Experience

• B.Tech./B.E/BCA/M.Tech in computer science/IT or equivalent stream.
• Desired experience: range 6+ years in IT (Security) and familiar with various IT (Security) and SaaS based platforms.

Competencies

• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically.
• Experience in vulnerability management coordination and hands-on.
• Experience in security incident handling, collating data, report creations.
• Good experience in basic networking, IT Security, Operating System & Cloud platform.
• Teamplayer.
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
• Mindset towards security processes & compliance.
• Nice to have: Prior experience working on various IT Security tools & SaaS based platform.
• Nice to have: Experience handling IT compliance & governance tools.
• Nice to have: Basic Networking skills & corporate Firewall technology.
• Nice to have: Cloud security knowledge.
