Estimator - RC Frame, Groundworks & Civils
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus
Benefits: Car Allowance / Mileage + Laptop & Phone
Job Type: Permanent
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong background in RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils, ideally with additional experience across M&E and Data Centre projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive and accurate tenders, working closely with the wider commercial and project teams to support the company's continued growth.
Key Experience Required
- Proven experience working as an Estimator within the construction industry
- Strong estimating experience across RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils
- Experience with M&E projects, particularly Data Centres, would be highly beneficial
- Ability to prepare accurate and competitive tenders and cost plans
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and subcontractor pricing
- Ability to review drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Confident communicating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively
