Production Quality Engineer

who can make a genuine impact on how quality is delivered.

You'll work across the full manufacturing lifecycle:

incoming materials, PCB/PCBA production, assembly, test and final inspection.

This mirrors the scope of the role in the formal specification.

You'll investigate real production problems, lead

root-cause and corrective actions , support

NPI and audits , strengthen quality systems and help create a genuine culture of continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on electronics manufacturing quality role, not quality in theory. We're looking for: Relevant Engineering degree Production Quality Engineering experience within electronics manufacturing Strong PCB/PCBA manufacturing knowledge IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 experience AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 experience Root Cause / CAPA / 8D / FMEA experience ERP/MRP experience Hands-on measurement, inspection and test equipment knowledge These requirements closely reflect the essential experience identified in both the formal JD and the recruiter screening guide.
