Quest Employment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a well-established and growing business based in

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. As this role

does not use hand scanners , you'll need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure orders are picked and packed correctly. Your duties will include: Accurately picking customer orders from pick lists. Applying product labels and stickers to items in line with customer specifications. Packing products safely and securely for dispatch. Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Verifying product codes, quantities and descriptions manually. Preparing orders ready for shipment. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Following health & safety procedures at all times. Supporting other warehouse departments as required. Working efficiently to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy. What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately without the use of hand scanners. Good communication skills and the ability to follow written instructions. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Reliable, punctual and committed to attendance. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties. Must be able to commute reliably to the Brixworth site , as public transport options are limited. What We Offer
