Here at GXO, we're recruiting a Transport Administrator to join our busy dynamic Home Delivery team in Portbury, BS20 7XE. What you'll do on a typical day: * Conduct vehicle debriefs, ensuring stock accuracy and checking vehicle condition and cleanliness * Monitor and record daily equipment checks to maintain operational standards * Communicate key updates and information to delivery crews in a timely manner * Build positive working relationships and resolve issues professionally in a fast-paced environment * Maintain accurate records and collaborate with transport, warehouse, and Health & Safety teams to support daily operations What you need to succeed at GXO: * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and error-free work * IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel * Experience using transport systems, Flexipod/Winsight, Vision, Telematics, with previous experience in logistics advantageous * Flexible, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
