External Relationship Manager – Asset Finance - Transport, Industrial

James George Recruitment is working with a leading equipment finance provider, part of one of Europe's largest banking groups, to recruit a field-based External Relationship Manager for their Hard Asset division. You'll own relationships with vendor, dealer and broker partners, acting as the main contact for large-ticket and complex transactions. It's a genuine new-business and relationship role, backed by the balance sheet of a major banking group. You'll report to the Sales Manager. Key responsibilities * Building and growing relationships with key introducers through regular visits * Leading large-ticket and complex deals from enquiry to payout * Negotiating pricing, structuring deals and closing business * Positioning value-added products such as ORV, staged payments and structured profiles * Qualifying deals and preparing credit proposals within risk appetite * Winning new introducers and clients through your own network * Tracking introducer performance against acceptance and conversion targets * Representing the business at industry events and conferences About you * Proven sales track record in asset finance and leasing * Experience in transport, construction or industrial equipment finance * Confident structuring and negotiating complex deals * Strong credit awareness and analytical skills * A natural relationship builder who is self-motivated and organised JBRP1_UKTJ
