About the Role
Shifts- Nights (8pm - 8am)
Working hours - 36 - 48hours per week
We are currently recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse in Wirral. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care promote residents well-being and work collaboratively with the care team to maintain excellent standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Deputy Manager in leading and guiding care staff to deliver high-quality care.
Develop and review person-centred care plans respecting residents dignity preferences and individual needs.
Manage medication safely and ensure compliance with legal professional and regulatory requirements.
Safeguard residents welfare maintain accurate records and work in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct.
Requirements
Must have valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Previous nursing experience in a similar healthcare setting is desirable.
Good knowledge of care planning medication management and safeguarding.
Excellent communication teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate approach with a commitment to person-centred care.
Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
