Class 2 (7.5 Tonne) Driver – Widnes £16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | ASAP Start | Long-Term Ongoing Work We are currently recruiting 7.5 Tonne Drivers for our client based in Widnes, with an ASAP start available. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term, ongoing work, with the potential to become temp-to-perm for the right candidate. The Role * £16.00 per hour * Paid weekly every Wednesday * Start times from approximately 4:00am * 9–10 hours per day * Monday to Saturday working pattern * Sunday plus one other day off on a weekly rotation * Delivering fresh food to restaurants and shops * You will be required to take deliveries directly into restaurant kitchens * Handballing is required, using a sack barrow * Long-term, ongoing position * Potential temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate * Newly qualified/pass drivers and experienced drivers are welcome to apply Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: * A valid UK driving licence * Valid Driver CPC * Valid Digital Tachograph Card * A professional and reliable attitude * Good customer service skills * The ability to handle physical work and handball deliveries * Confidence delivering into restaurants, shops and commercial premises New passes are welcome, so if you've recently gained your 7.5 Tonne licence and are looking for your first driving role, we'd love to hear from you.
