SEN Inclusion Teacher - Hounslow

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated SEN Inclusion Teacher to join their supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to ensuring every child can thrive, regardless of their additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored interventions for pupils with SEND.
• Work closely with class teachers, support staff, parents and external agencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusion across the school.
• Monitor progress and support pupils in achieving their individual targets.
• Contribute to EHCP reviews and SEND provision planning.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs.
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting children.
