Braemar Medical is currently recruiting experienced Locum General Practitioners to support a well-established Out of Hours (OOH) Service across West London and Central London.

We are seeking dedicated GPs who are looking for flexible evening and overnight work, with shifts available throughout the week and booked up to one month in advance.

• £85 - £95 per hour
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday
• Multiple locations across West and Central London
• Regular bookings available up to one month in advance
• Home Visiting and Face-to-Face Clinic Sessions
• Ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment consultant

Evening Shift

• 18:00 – 00:00

Overnight Shift

• 00:00 – 08:00

Flexible availability welcomed.

The Role

You will be supporting patients within a busy and well-organised Out of Hours service, providing high-quality urgent primary care through a combination of:

• Face-to-face consultations
• Home visits
• Assessment and management of acute presentations
• Prescribing and medication management
• Referrals and onward care planning
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Essential Requirements
• Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
• Inclusion on the NHS GP Performers List
• MRCGP or equivalent qualification
• Experience working within UK General Practice
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within an Out of Hours environment
