Kerry Robert Associates are representing a key client who are looking for an experienced Hotel Payroll Manager to join a prestigious property taking full responsibility for payroll within a busy fully self-accounting hotel. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller youll be the go-to expert for accurate compliant and efficient payroll operations.
What youll be doing:
- Managing the full end-to-end UK payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Overseeing payroll reporting reconciliations pensions HMRC submissions and statutory payments.
- Managing service charge calculations and payments.
- Working closely with Finance and hotel department heads to resolve queries and improve processes.
- Keeping up to date with UK payroll legislation and ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing UK payroll within a hotel environment - this is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation pensions tax and statutory requirements.
- Experience with Fourth Hospitality would be a real advantage.
- Excellent Excel skills exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to manage payroll independently.
- A proactive organised approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced high-end hospitality environment.
