In this hands-on position you will play a vital part in the daily running of a busy educational community. Working alongside the site team and senior leadership you will help maintain a safe secure and clean environment where students and staff can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining a safe secure and well-presented school site at all times
Managing day-to-day building maintenance and general upkeep
Collaborating closely with the site team and senior leadership to ensure smooth school operations
Fostering a positive well-maintained environment conducive to learning
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a caretaker site assistant or in general maintenance (preferred)
A foundational understanding of building maintenance and health & safety standards
A practical hands-on approach paired with strong problem-solving abilities
The versatility to work well independently as well as part of a supportive team
Effective communication and strong organizational skills
Valid right to work in the UK
