Site Manager – Multi-Site Operations Banbury and surrounding sites | Full-time | Permanent We are recruiting an experienced and proactive Site Manager to take responsibility for multiple sites across Banbury and the surrounding area. You will ensure each location operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard, while leading teams, coordinating contractors and managing competing priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager who enjoys variety, autonomy and making a visible impact across a growing portfolio of sites. The role Reporting to the Contracts Manager , you will take ownership of day-to-day site performance across a portfolio of locations. You will coordinate teams, contractors and resources, ensure work is delivered to programme and quality standards, and maintain a strong focus on health, safety and compliance. Regular travel between sites will be required.
