Role Overview

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Assistant HR Advisor to join our HR Business support team. Internally, this role is known as Development HR Advisor.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of HR Business Support and will be working closely with HR Advisors by observing ER case management, supporting in relevant meetings and managing the HR Business Support inbox. Therefore, we are looking for a proactive individual with good attention to detail who is passionate about supporting the business and delivering excellent service.

You will be based at our Northampton GP2 site (NN4 5FB) and will be required to attend the office 3 times a week. A critical part of this role is to maintain a positive presence at our sites, therefore, there will be a requirement to visit...
