Salary circa £30,000 per annum plus potential sales bonus of up to £7,500 per annum and great benefits including Health cash plan

Guiding customers through one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make, you'll be supporting them from their first conversation with us through to collecting the keys to their new home. By providing clear advice, managing viewings, progressing sales and keeping customers engaged throughout, you'll help create a smooth and positive experience while delivering great sales results across our developments. Initially, you'll be selling our new homes in Latchingdon offering a variety on house styles, with further developments in the pipeline, you'll have lots to keep you busy.
What you'll do
• Providing outstanding customer service sales assistance, building strong relationships with potential customers and being our expert on our developments, house types and features.
• Carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progress sales. You will be with our customers every step of the way, working hard on their behalf to help their dream home become a reality.
• You'll help us to ensure quality standards are always adhered to, including checks on unsold houses and customer completion demonstrations.
