FINISHING MANAGER – NORTH YORKSHIRE\n

\n We’re looking for an experienced, driven Finishing Manager to join a major £29.2m accommodation development in North Yorkshire.\n
\n
\n If you know how to drive quality, manage finishing trades and get a project over the line to the highest standards, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.\n
\n
\n THE ROLE\n
\n
\n

    \n
  • Take control of finishing works and subcontractor performance.
    • \n
  • Drive quality, snagging and defect rectification.
    • \n
  • Keep the programme on track and push works towards completion.
    • \n
  • Carry out quality inspections and pre-handover checks.
    • \n
  • Work closely with the site team to achieve a smooth, high-quality handover.
    • \n
  • Maintain excellent health and safety standards throughout.
    • \n

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\n
\n
\n

    \n
  • Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on large-scale construction or accommodation projects.
    • \n
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
    • \n
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
    • \n
  • The ability to drive progress and deliver against tight deadlines.
    • \n
  • Relevant site qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS, preferred.
    • \n
