Project Manager (PFI Handback)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in PFI We're looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of PFI expiry and handback activities, ensuring a smooth, timely, and efficient transition of PFI projects. This position will have responsibility for lifecycle works, asset condition, remedial works, compliance and transition planning through to successful handback.

Job Purpose

We're looking for a highly organised Project Manager to join our team to manage projects, remedial works, defect rectification works associated with PFI contract expiry and handback. You will be providing dedicated support across our NHS PFI and LIFT contracts.
