ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You'll lead on the smooth running of the estate's day-to-day operations, ensuring communal areas, plant spaces and amenities are safe, immaculate and ready for residents. You'll coordinate contractors, support the concierge and management teams, and be the visible, approachable point of contact on-site. Your focus will be on safety, service and efficiency—solving problems before they become issues.
