Need help maintaining a small vegetable garden and beds

I'm looking for a reliable gardener to help with regular maintenance of my small potager. Tasks include weeding, pruning herbs, mulching beds, watering during dry spells, and tidying paths. I’d like someone with experience in organic methods and composting, who can advise on crop rotation and pest prevention. The garden is about 20-30 square meters with raised beds and a few container plants. Availability to come every 1-2 weeks, flexible start time, and I’d prefer weekends if possible. Please bring basic tools and be comfortable working around some vegetable plants and pollinator-friendly flowers.
