Job Summary
As the production planner you will oversee all planning/scheduling and labour planning for the high
pressure business. The candidate must have a broad range of skill on excel include use of
macros/formula and have good numerical mind. Control of production routing and raising of
production paperwork.

Responsibilities
Work with Production to meet customer despatch dates
Demand Planning along with Labour capacity planning
Raising & kitting of production paperwork.
Attend Daily Shortage Meetings with Supervisors
Communication and coordination with production and purchasing team.
Continuous improvement/ LEAN methods Desired.
Knowledge of KPIs & ability to comply reports to present to Management team.
A strong team player / Establishes Monitors and communicates well with all areas of the
business.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role
Level 3 NVQ/ A level (CIPS/APICS) or above
Strong Analytical Computer Communication and writing skills (Typing)
Strong data capabilities
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
This role will be based onsite at Redditch

Key Competencies
Strong experience on Excel
SAP Experience Advantageous
Experience on MRP Purchasing
Experience with Production Planning / Capacity Planning
