THE POSITION

• Lead and supervise cleaning teams across daily and periodic tasks
• Allocate staff duties and manage rosters to ensure service coverage
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high hygiene standards
• Support infection control procedures and specialised cleaning in high-risk areas
• Train mentor and onboard new and existing staff

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role ideally in healthcare
• Ability to lead train and motivate a diverse cleaning team
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
• Competent in managing inventory and waste reduction practices
• Police check holder (or you are willing to obtain a police check)
