Wedding Venue General Manager

Every weekend, couples trust us with one of the most important days of their lives. We're looking for an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead one of our stunning wedding venues in Wales, part of a collection of exclusive venues across the UK and USA. This is a role for someone who loves hospitality, leads from the front, and gets real satisfaction from a team that's thriving and a business that's growing. You'll have full ownership of the venue, including its people, its performance, and its reputation, with the backing of an experienced Head Office team behind you.

Leading your team

• Inspiring, developing and supporting a talented venue team, and building a positive culture where people enjoy coming to work
• Leading recruitment, onboarding and induction of new team members, working with our Head Office HR team
• Holding regular team and Head of Department meetings, carrying out performance reviews and helping your people grow
• Handling HR matters fairly and confidentially, with support from Head Office

Delivering exceptional weddings

• Overseeing every wedding and event so that each one runs smoothly and exceeds expectations
• Resolving any client concerns quickly and professionally
• Building strong relationships with local suppliers, wedding professionals and the wider community to bring new business to the venue
