Floor Layer

We're looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join our team, working across Bristol on occupied social housing properties. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable Floor Layer with experience laying LVT and vinyl flooring to a high standard. As a Floor Layer, you'll be responsible for completing flooring installations from start to finish within tenanted properties. You'll need to be comfortable working around residents and maintaining a professional, respectful approach at all times. The Role * Laying LVT and vinyl flooring * Working within occupied and tenanted social housing properties * Completing flooring works in kitchens and bathrooms * Travelling to properties across Bristol * Preparing areas and completing installations from start to finish * Working safely, tidily and professionally within residents' homes * Ensuring all flooring is completed to a good standard What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a Floor Layer with previous experience in LVT and vinyl flooring. Experience working within social housing or other occupied properties would be highly beneficial. You'll need: * Proven experience as a Floor Layer * Experience laying LVT and/or vinyl * Experience working in occupied or tenanted properties * Your own van * A valid DBS, or be willing to obtain one — DBS can be provided if required * A reliable and professional approach * The ability to work independently and complete jobs to a good standard The Details * £23 per hour * Weekly pay * CIS * Work across Bristol * Occupied social housing * Long-term contract * Immediate/quick start available If you're a Floor Layer who turns up, gets stuck in and can complete LVT and vinyl flooring installations to a good standard, we want to hear from you.
