Class 2 HGV Driver Pay: £16.90 per hour (12 hour days) Hours: Ongoing Shifts: 4 out of 7 days per week Start Date: ASAP The Role Backline Logistics are currently recruiting for Class 2 HGV Drivers to work with one of our established clients in Willand. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work/temp to perm, full-time hours with temp-to-perm opportunities. No more than 5 points on licence Day shifts Key Responsibilities * Operate Class 2 / Category C vehicles * Complete multi-drop deliveries and collections where required * Carry out daily vehicle checks * Complete all delivery paperwork * Ensure goods are transported safely and securely * Provide a professional level of customer service * Work safely and in accordance with company and site procedures What We’re Looking For * Valid Class 2 / Category C licence * Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card * A driver assessment will be required * Good knowledge of UK roads * Reliable and professional approach * Good communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer * £16.90 per hour Plus * Regular ongoing work * Full-time * Weekly pay * Holiday pay * Pension * Opportunities for permanent positions * Ac...
