We are recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation of a busy, well-established hotel with a strong emphasis on fresh food, quality ingredients and consistently high standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Head Chef who is passionate about cooking with fresh, seasonal produce and delivering quality, freshly prepared dishes in a fast-paced hotel environment.
The hotel operates at approximately 1 AA Rosette standard, although not formally accredited, and requires a Head Chef who can balance quality fresh food with the commercial demands of a busy kitchen.

The Role
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy, fresh-food hotel kitchen.
* Deliver consistently high-quality, freshly prepared dishes using seasonal ingredients.
* Develop menus that showcase fresh produce whilst remaining commercially viable.
* Oversee restaurant dining, private dining, weddings and functions.
* Recruit, train, motivate and develop the kitchen brigade.
