HVAC Engineer

HVAC Engineer - Commercial Building - Wellingborough - Immediate start - £30.73 Per Hour An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Wellingborough. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a HVAC Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team. Hours of work * Monday to Friday * 08:00am to 17:00pm * £30.73 per hour via Umbrella * Contract type: temp to perm Key duties & Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems. * Maintain and repair pumps, motors, bearings, seals and compressors. * Service and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), including filter changes and cleaning. * Carry out basic chiller resets and fault finding. * Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and identify any plant issues. * Ensure all maintenance records and logbooks are accurately completed. * Escort specialist subcontractors when required. * Provide technical support and assist fellow engineers across the portfolio. * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures. Requirements * Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 * City & Guilds 2079-11 (Category I F-Gas and ODS Regulations * Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates * A proven track record in commercial building maintenance * Multi-skilled * Good communication skills * Client Facing Please send your CV to Jordyn at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
