Class 3 Registered Building Inspector | £80–£100/hr | Outside IR35 Location: UK Wide / Remote Rate: £80 - £100/hr | Outside IR35 Hours: From 8 to 40+ per week Confido Consult has recently received a surge in demand for Class 3 Registered Building Inspectors, following the roll-out of the Building Safety Levy, with our clients offering a range of highly flexible, long-term contract opportunities. With a wide variety of new requirements emerging across our BSR framework partners, there are exciting opportunities to suit the majority of working preferences, from supplementary hours to run alongside existing commitments, through to full-time contracts. Key Details: * Competitive rates: £80–£100 engagements, with the lower rates more for 1-2 days/wk & higher for 3-5 days/wk * Flexible working arrangements: Opportunities ranging from as little as 8, to 40+ hours, with some accommodating purely evening and weekend working (to be worked around existing employment) * Varied project complexity: Class 3 projects spanning new-build developments, specialist Innovation Unit work, minor works and alterations – jump straight into the Innovation Unit for new build work, or if preferred, stick to the more minor, remediation work. * Established & emerging clients: Including a newly approved RBCA on the MDT framework offering opportunities within a smaller, well-run organisation...
