We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist SEMH educational setting in the Hemel Hempstead and Redbourn area. This opportunity would suit someone with experience supporting pupils with SEND, behavioural difficulties or social, emotional and mental health needs who can bring consistency, patience and a confident approach to the classroom. We are looking for someone with a strong character who can remain calm under pressure, establish clear boundaries and build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
