The White Horse Inn is a 17th-century country inn in South Lopham, near Diss, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Since reopening we've been busier than we hoped, so we're expanding our kitchen team. We cook honest, quality pub food with fresh, seasonal and local produce, for locals and visitors alike.

• Running a section during service
• Prep and mise en place
• Contributing ideas for specials and seasonal menus
• Supporting and guiding junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining food safety, allergen and HACCP standards
• Stock rotation and minimising waste

• Proven experience as a Chef or Chef de Partie
• Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene (or higher)
• A passion for fresh, seasonal, local food
• Calm under pressure and a strong team player
• Able to work evenings and weekends
